Laptop Support

The number of laptop brands is growing and you may be surprised to find that many of them actually have parts produced by the same manufacturer, just with a different name.  You can think of it like todays automobiles.  Many of them also have parts all made by the same manufacturer.

So, when it comes to support for your laptop you don’t need support from the actual brand of your laptop.  You just need support from a computer specialist who understands all the components and functions of todays laptops.

WickedEasyFix.com supports all brands, Linux, Windows and Mac/iOS.

There is no need to spend your time trying to find a solution on your own anymore.  Most of the fixes we do at WickedEasyFix.com would have been simpler if the customer brought us their problem in the first place.  We see laptops that have had their issues expanded by the owner trying to fix it on their own.

1. Our analysis is FREE
2. Our prices are the lowest in the industry
3. Our fixes are done from our team right here in the USA
4. If we don’t fix your issue, you don’t pay!

Is it a physical hardware issue?
Now that we’ve presented that shameless self promotion, maybe we can help you with a physical laptop issue.  Here are the 3 most common physical issues and how we suggest you fix them.

1. Spilled liquid on your laptop
  • When a spill occurs, turn off your laptop right away to avoid a short circuit
  • If you don’t know how to remove the keyboard assembly, have your techie friend do it
  • Use Q-tips to get in between and soak up any residual and also use distilled water to help moisten and remove residue.
  • Apply WD-40 to Q-tips and wipe over all parts, just leaving a light film
2. Laptop Turns Off
  • Could be damaged power adapter (try a new one and return it if thats not it)
  • Clogged Fan, inspect and remove dust
3. Laptop Frozen
  • Disconnect laptop power
  • Remove battery
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Place battery back
  • Connect Power
  • Turn laptop back on
